Very friendly and welcoming, I had to bring my 2 year old daughter to the appointment the only suggestion I could give is get a few kids toys to occupy little ones.

After buying my glasses at the boots opticians at Riverside, Norwich I was very pleased with the eye check, optician and the assistants in the department. A friend recommended going there as she had received good service herself. When I started getting floaters, I had no hesitation of using the opticians again. Appointments and parking are all very easy.

Arrived early & walked round store first. Greeted 5 minutes before appointment and started tests. Introduced to optometrist, Mark Wicker, who was very detailed in a relaxing way. A most pleasant experience and very informative.
